These terms apply to the Aisoft AI website, products, consultation, checkout, digital delivery, implementation services and support. Separate enterprise agreements or order terms control where applicable.
An order covers only the purchased product, package or contracted service scope.
Signed contracts, SOWs or quotations override these public terms where they conflict.
You should submit truthful, accurate and complete information, including contact, company, email, phone, invoice and delivery details.
If incorrect information prevents delivery, invoicing or contact, we may pause the order until the information is corrected.
Standard products follow the displayed price, currency and checkout amount. Custom projects follow the quotation, contract or confirmed scope.
After successful payment, the system syncs order status and sends confirmation or delivery information. Provider risk controls, chargebacks or delays may affect processing time.
Software, templates, plugins, documentation and delivery assets may be used only within the order, license or contract scope.
Without permission, you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, share licenses, bypass access controls or use assets for illegal, high-risk or rights-infringing purposes.
Implementation usually requires business materials, system APIs, test accounts, permission approvals, contacts and acceptance feedback from the customer.
If required conditions are delayed, delivery schedule, acceptance time and launch time may be adjusted.
Except where prohibited by law, we are not liable beyond the relevant order or contract for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, data loss or third-party system failure.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or require human review. Customers remain responsible for key business decisions, compliance review and final published content.
